Your first iSERVU ride: a complete beginner's guide

If you have never used a rideshare app, the unknowns are the uncomfortable part: where to stand, how payment works, whether you are expected to chat. Here is the whole process, step by step.
Booking a ride
Open the app, confirm your pickup point, enter your destination and choose your ride type. You will see the price before you confirm — not an estimate you find out about later. Once matched, you get the driver's name, photo, rating, vehicle and plate number, plus a live view of the car approaching.
Meeting your driver
Check the plate and the driver's name before you open the door — every time, even in a hurry. Then confirm your destination and you are on your way. Seat belts are not optional, and if you are travelling alone the back seat is the sensible choice.
Payment, tipping and ratings
Payment happens automatically through your chosen method at the end of the trip, and your receipt appears in your ride history. Tipping is appreciated but never required. Rating takes two seconds and genuinely shapes the platform — rate honestly, and add a comment when something stood out either way.
Common first-timer questions
Left something in the car? Open the trip in your history and report it — the driver can be contacted through the app. Fare looks wrong? Raise it from the same trip screen and support will review it. Plans changed? Cancel early, before your driver is nearly there, and you will usually avoid a fee.
The takeaway
Confirm the price, check the plate, ride, pay automatically, rate honestly. That is the entire flow — and it is the same every time.
